Isn't it a SHAME? UP should have made it in the list for it is supposedly the "best" in the Philippines. But well, pang-Pinas nga lang talaga. Di kayang sabayan ang mga kapitbahay sa Asya.

With regards to the OTHER schools in the country not making it in the top 100 list, it isn't much of a pressure since they are not the flag carrier.
